1. If you're not submitting the form under 'Contact Us', please include the following details in your email to eightyninety@gmail.com ,
with "Purchase" / "Enquiry" as the subject:

- Product Name/Code
- Quantity
- Contact Number
- Comments/Requests

2. Bank transfers are to be made within 48 hours after receiving our confirmation email.

3. We will mail your order out within 2 working days after receiving the payment.

4. All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

5. We ship to Singapore customers only. Normal postage : Minimum $1. Registered Mail : Minimum $3.20.

6. Meet-ups are not possible at the moment.

7. We won’t be responsible for losses or damage during mailing process.

8. Giftboxes are available at an additional cost.

9. We also provide delivery service to your sweethearts at a small fee! ;)

10. You will be automatically added to our mailing list upon purchasing with us.

11. Promotion codes do not apply to Cupcake bags and clothes as well as other promotional items. Do note that you are to utilise your promo code before it expires!

12. Do note : Sold items can be remade. Just request for them! :) .Sold out items can't be remade.
